Job Description:

We are seeking for a skilled and experienced Foreman to join our team here in Dubai. The candidate must have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry in UAE, overseeing daily operations on the job site and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage and assign tasks to site workers, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring work is completed on schedule.
• Report daily progress to the project manager and address any issues promptly.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other teams as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise on-site.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry in UAE, with proven leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid UAE driver’s license is preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
