Civil Foreman with Driving Licence UAE

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervision of Site Works:

Oversee daily civil construction activities including masonry, concrete, carpentry, painting, tiling, and finishing works.

• Team Management:

Assign tasks to workers, monitor productivity, and ensure the team follows safety and quality standards.

• Site Coordination:

Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

• Material Handling:

Arrange required materials, check material quality, and manage stock levels to avoid delays.

• Quality Control:

Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

• Safety Compliance:

Enforce safety rules on site, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure workers use proper PPE.

• Progress Reporting:

Prepare daily progress reports, manpower reports, and update the project manager/engineer.

• Problem Solving:

Identify site issues and provide timely solutions to avoid project delays.

• Inspection & Approvals:

Assist in site inspections with consultants/clients and ensure works are completed for approval.

• Driving & Mobility:

Use UAE driving licence to move between sites, procure materials, and support site operations as needed.

• Work Scheduling:

Plan daily/weekly activities and ensure manpower and materials are available as per schedule.

• Site Cleanliness & Organization:

Maintain proper housekeeping on the site to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
