Civil Head Engineer (Site Head)

We are looking for a Site Head / Civil Head Engineer to lead and manage our project site operations. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, and timely delivery of construction work while ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete site execution and daily progress.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and project management team.
• Prepare and monitor work schedules, checklists, and progress reports.
• Ensure quality of materials and workmanship as per approved drawings and standards.
• Supervise manpower and allocate tasks effectively to meet timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety compliance.
• Resolve technical issues and ensure timely availability of resources.
• Maintain BOQ, conduct quantity checks, and control project costs.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience in independently handling project sites.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, material specifications, and execution procedures.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and daily reporting.
• Willingness to travel across sites if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
