Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney, licensed to practice in Colorado, to handle first-party insurance claims, focused on property damage claims. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of hands-on experience in first-party insurance claims, along with a demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex legal challenges. Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in first-party property insurance claims
• Handling all stages of litigation, from initial consultation through trial or settlement
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Offer expert legal counsel and craft effective case strategies
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must be based in or near Denver or Boulder, Colorado
• Active member of the Colorado Bar
• Proven experience with first-party law and required Property Damage experience
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Ability to pass a background check
• Provide 3 professional references

Pay:

• $80,000-$150,000; commensurate with experience
