Reports To: Site Supervisor

Role Overview:

We are hiring Civil Masons to perform construction, repair, and finishing work on various civil structures. The

role includes tasks such as blockwork, plastering, concrete work, tiling, and general masonry duties on-site.

This position is ideal for experienced individuals who can deliver high-quality workmanship and follow project

specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform blockwork, bricklaying, plastering, and concrete works as per project requirements.
• Install tiles, kerbstones, interlocks, and other masonry materials.
• Prepare surfaces, mix cement, mortar, and concrete as needed.
• Repair and maintain existing masonry structures, walls, partitions, and finishes.
• Assist with formwork preparation and dismantling when required.
• Read and follow drawings, measurements, and instructions from the Site Supervisor.
• Operate masonry tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and finishing of work.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE as a Civil Mason or in a similar role (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of masonry materials, tools, and construction techniques.
• Ability to perform blockwork, plastering, tiling, and concrete tasks independently.
• Physically fit and capable of handling heavy materials and working in outdoor environments.
• Ability to take accurate measurements and follow technical instructions.
• Good teamwork, communication, and reliability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,700.00 per month
