We are looking for a skilled and proactive Civil Project Engineer to manage and oversee High Rise Building Construction Projects from planning to completion. The successful candidate will coordinate with various stakeholders, supervise site activities, ensure compliance with design and safety standards, and help deliver projects on time.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing construction work in accordance with design specifications and approved drawings.
  • Monitor and supervise all site construction activities to ensure work is being carried out as per approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Prepare and update project progress reports, including daily and weekly site reports.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and alert management of any delays or risks..
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and troubleshoot problems that may arise on site.
  • Attend project meetings and provide technical input as required.
  • Ensure quality control and implement corrective actions where necessary.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Min 7+ years of experience in UAE based building construction companies.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
  • Strong communication and site management skills.
  • Knowledge of UAE building codes and safety standards.
