CIVIL PROJECT MANAGER - G+12

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with extensive knowledge in handling large-scale construction projects requiring municipal approvals, including buildings of unlimited height. The ideal candidate will lead projects from conception to completion while ensuring compliance with all government regulations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage civil and structural projects of unlimited building heights.
• Obtain and manage municipal approvals, ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and government authorities for seamless project execution.
• Oversee all stages of project lifecycle including design, approvals, construction, and handover.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, and prepare regular progress reports.
• Ensure quality control, safety standards, and regulatory compliance across all projects.
• Resolve technical, administrative, and operational issues efficiently.
• Maintain comprehensive records of approvals, permits, and project documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience managing civil/construction projects with municipal approvals.
• Proven experience managing projects of unlimited building height.
• Strong knowledge of UAE municipal regulations, codes, and approval processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in project management and civil engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
• UAE driving license preferred.
