Civil QA/QC Inspector - KSA Nationals

Position Overview

As a QA/QC Inspector at ALEC FITOUT, you’ll play a key role in crafting high-end interiors for luxury spaces across hospitality, retail, and commercial developments. This is your opportunity to bring design to life through collaboration, creativity, and impeccable execution. We’re looking for a sharp, experienced QA/QC Inspector who is specialized in Fit out division to join our dynamic project team. From start to finish, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining quality standards, ensuring nothing leaves our site without meeting the highest level of compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct material inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and technical submittals.
• Lead coordination with consultants for timely inspections.
• Identify, tag, and ensure removal of non-compliant materials.
• Perform detailed work inspections aligned with project drawings and standards.
• Execute site surveillance and document all deficiencies.
• Liaise with subcontractors, third-party labs, and consultants for field testing.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions on-site to eliminate repeat NCRs.
• Oversee snagging operations, both internal and with consultants, through to closure.
• Ensure full compliance with ITPs and raise inspections accordingly.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years' hands-on QA/QC experience in construction or engineering projects.
• Certified QA/QC professional (from a recognized body).
• Skilled in data analysis and technical reporting.
• A proactive, detail-driven mindset with strong coordination skills.
