CIVIL SITE ENGINEER

Position: Civil Site Engineer

Location: UAE

Industry: Construction (High-Rise Buildings)

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 5* Years of experience*

Extensive experience in High raise projects, with a proven track record in leading complex projects.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all on-site civil works to ensure compliance with project specifications and schedules.
• Monitor and control construction activities to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare daily progress reports.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site.
• Verify and approve construction materials and workmanship quality.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates, BOQs, and project documentation.
