About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced Senior Site Engineer to join our contracting team specializing in G+4Building construction. The ideal candidate should have minimum 5 yrs UAE experience of making buildings and hands-on, site-focused engineer with a strong civil background and the ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and deliver quality results on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site operations, ensuring timely execution of works
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Review drawings and ensure proper implementation on site
• Manage materials, manpower, and quality of civil works
• Ensure site safety, documentation, and daily reporting
• Lead teams across multiple scopes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of UAE site experience in G+ 4 Building construction (not consultancy & not villa contracting experience)
• Strong knowledge of Civil contracting
• Experience dealing with site teams, clients, and subcontractors
• Able to read technical drawings and handle site decisions.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD is a plus.
