Civil Site Engineer

Purpose of the role:

A Dubai based Construction company is looking for a Civil Site Engineer with 4 to 6 years’ experience in a similar role, with expert construction Project Management knowledge, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job description:

• Technical verification of site to be prepared for installation as per product requirements / shop drawings
• Coordinating with the clients on site for all logistical and technical requirements
• Making safety inspections and ensuring site procedures uphold construction and site regulations
• Transportation of goods to site, verifying quantity and quality of goods delivered and taking care of safe storage on site as per contractual agreement
• Liaise with the factory, sales, technical and logistics department in order to process with the supply and installation smoothly
• Managing and coordinating the installation team in order to make sure a project is completed effectively, safely and on time
• Sending daily / weekly / monthly reports in order to inform about the progress of the projects
• Consulting the customers / contracting companies on site and offering problem solutions, in case of any deviations are discovered during construction phase
• Coordinating and communicating to sales and technical department for any technical issues arising during the execution

Must have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Basic Civil engineering skills: CAD AutoCAD Design Skills Site Development Database Design Planning Conceptual Skills Problem Solving
• Good knowledge of the local construction market requirements
• UAE Driving license holder preferred
• High sense of responsibility and takes ownership of work
• Must be a team-player, self-motivated and highly-organized
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
