Job Description – Site Engineer (Civil / Steel / General Contracting)

Note:- Driving License Mandatory.

Summary

The Site Engineer will manage daily site activities including civil works, concrete works, foundations, and steel structure installation. The role requires strong technical skills, site supervision, and coordination with subcontractors to ensure work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise site setup, mobilization, foundations, civil and concrete works.
• Monitor excavation, rebar, shuttering, concrete casting, curing, and finishing.
• Oversee steel fabrication and installation (columns, beams, platforms, brackets).
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth workflow.
• Review drawings (IFC/shop), prepare daily reports, IR/MIR, and maintain QA/QC compliance.
• Ensure HSE standards are implemented; attend toolbox talks and enforce site safety.
• Resolve technical/site issues and report progress to the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Construction Engineering.
• 3–7 years UAE experience in civil/steel/general contracting.
• Strong knowledge of foundations, concrete works, steel structures, and site execution.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office; valid UAE Driving License Mandatory.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
