Civil Site Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Site Engineer with a strong background in Aluminium & Glass fabrication, installation, and façade works. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution on-site, ensure work quality, manage installation teams, and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of all project milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all on-site installation activities related to aluminium, glass, façade, doors, windows, curtain walls, and cladding systems.
• Review project drawings, technical details, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
• Coordinate daily with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and the fabrication team.
• Prepare site progress reports, material requests, and installation schedules.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work complies with safety standards and QA/QC procedures.
• Solve technical issues on-site and provide engineering support when needed.
• Monitor manpower allocation, equipment usage, and project timelines.
• Ensure smooth communication between office and site teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the UAE aluminium & glass/facade industry.
• Strong knowledge of aluminium systems, fabrication methods, and installation techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical documents.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE Valid Driving License is a MUST.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
