Civil Site Engineer

Plotter Creation Group is a leading maintenance and contracting company in the UAE, dedicated to delivering high-quality construction and fit-out projects with excellence and precision. We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled Civil Site Engineer to join our growing operations.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Site Engineer within the UAE
• Strong knowledge of site execution, finishing, and structural works.
• Familiar with UAE construction standards, safety regulations, and authority approvals.
• Ability to coordinate between consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication, supervision, and reporting skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• UAE driving license preferred.

Scope of Work / Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities ensuring work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Manage and monitor labor force, materials, and subcontractor works.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and clients for inspections and approvals.
• Verify quantities, materials, and ensure timely site execution as per schedule.
• Assist in resolving any technical issues or design discrepancies on site.
• Oversee finishing and handover works ensuring the highest quality standards.
