About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must hold a valid Dubai Municipality G+1 Certificate and a UAE Driving License. You will be responsible for overseeing site activities, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and coordinating project execution from mobilization to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Project supervision: Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Compliance management: Ensure adherence to Dubai Municipality regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Coordination: Liaise with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain project reports, permits, and approvals.
• Resource management: Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilization efficiently.
• Problem-solving: Address technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions on-site.

Requirements

• Dubai Municipality G+1 Certificate (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil/site engineering within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of construction codes, safety standards, and project management practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
