• Oversee and manage construction projects on-site, including day-to-day activities.
• Plan and schedule construction activities, coordinating labor, materials, and equipment.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure the project is completed on time and within cost constraints.
• Review blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and adherence to design.

Site supervision and quality control

• Supervise and direct all on-site construction activities to ensure they are performed safely and correctly.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to verify that construction meets required standards.
• Perform site surveys and set out the site according to the design.
• Ensure that materials used are of high quality and meet industry standards.

Communication and coordination

• Act as the main point of contact between the construction team and other stakeholders, such as clients, architects, and subcontractors.
• Liaise with suppliers, local authorities, and other professionals.
• Provide technical advice and solutions to problems that arise on-site.

Documentation and reporting

• Prepare and submit progress reports, daily logs, and other required documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of all site-related documents, including spreadsheets, drawings, and photographs.
• Complete and submit technical files and other documentation as required.

Safety and compliance

• Ensure that all activities comply with health and safety regulations, sustainability policies, and legal guidelines.
• Identify and mitigate potential hazards on the site.
• Obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with all regulations.
