Job summary

The Civil Site Supervisor will oversee all on-site activities in the residential construction sector. The candidate will ensure projects are executed in compliance with quality standards, timelines, and safety regulations. This role demands hands-on leadership and effective coordination between site staff and project managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of construction and extraction workers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of construction materials and the work performed, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Timeline Management: Manage project timelines effectively, coordinating with various teams to ensure construction milestones are met within the scheduled time frame.
• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for on-site project updates, liaising between site workers and project managers.
• Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions for staff.
• Software Proficiency: MS-Office

Key Requirements

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the residential construction industry.
• Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant civil engineering software tools.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team and manage site operations effectively.
