Civil & Structural BIM Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain civil and structural BIM models in Revit to project standards.
• Coordinate models with architectural, MEP, and interfacing teams, resolving clashes via Navisworks or similar.
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans and QA procedures.
• Produce drawings, schedules, and reports from models through the design stages up to construction.
• Support design reviews, client meetings, and BIM documentation.
• Mentor junior staff and promote best practices in BIM workflows.

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years BIM coordination experience, ideally in data centres or mission critical projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Knowledge of civil and structural systems.
