Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Civil/Structural Draftsman who will assist our engineering team in producing accurate and comprehensive drawings for structural designs. The ideal candidate should have experience working with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting software and be able to interpret engineering specifications and prepare drawings accordingly.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate civil and structural drawings for construction projects.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand design specifications.
• Review and revise drawings as required, ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
• Create plans, sections, elevations, and other drawings for construction documentation.
• Ensure timely delivery of all drafting and design tasks.
• Maintain and update project files, including revisions and design changes.
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents and cost estimates.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Civil/Structural Draftsman or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SHOP Drawings and other relevant software.
• Strong understanding of civil/structural engineering principles and building codes.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Relevant degree or certification in drafting, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Should be able to joining immediately
• Should have transferable Iqama.
