Job Description:
We are looking for a Civil Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities, ensure work quality, and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in civil construction, site management, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor all civil construction activities at site
• Ensure work progress as per plan and quality standards
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project teams
• Maintain daily reports and documentation
• Ensure site safety and adherence to company policies

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)
• 2–5 years of site supervision experience (freshers with strong technical skills may also apply)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
