Job Description: Civil Supervisor – Fit-Out Projects

Position: Civil Supervisor
Department: Projects / Fit-Out
Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering
License: Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, project specifications, and timelines.
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of civil and fit-out works.
• Ensure proper implementation of finishing works such as partitions, flooring, ceilings, carpentry, painting, and other interior-related tasks.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare daily progress reports and submit updates to the Project Engineer/Project Manager.
• Verify material availability and coordinate timely delivery to avoid delays.
• Assist in resolving site issues and technical challenges promptly.
• Ensure proper supervision of manpower and monitor productivity.
• Maintain documentation including site logs, checklists, and inspection reports.
• Liaise with clients/consultants for inspections and approvals when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as Civil/ Site Supervisor in fit-out or interior projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
