Civil/Structural Designer

Job Description:

• A Mid-level Engineer is a professional with several years of experience in the field of engineering. Responsibilities may vary depending on the specific engineering discipline, but generally include:
• Leading and managing engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Designing, developing, and testing products, systems, or structures.
• Conducting research and analysis to solve complex engineering problems.
• Preparing and reviewing engineering documentation, such as drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Evaluating and selecting materials and equipment for projects.
• Participating in project planning and management activities.
• Performing calculations and simulations to support engineering designs.
• Collaborating with other engineers, professionals, and stakeholders on project teams.
• Ensuring compliance with engineering standards, codes, and regulations.
• Mentoring and providing guidance to junior engineers and technical staff.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor in Civil / Structural Engineering
• PE
• 10 to 15 years experience in engineering and electrical utility projects.
• STAAD experience.

Pay: $80.00 - $84.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
