APARTMENT CLEANER JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary

We are hiring a dedicated Apartment Cleaner responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across residential units. The ideal candidate is reliable, meticulous, and physically capable of performing all required cleaning duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all areas.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms (toilets, showers, sinks, mirrors).
• Clean and wipe down kitchen surfaces, countertops, and exterior of appliances.
• Empty trash and ensure proper disposal.
• Wipe down high-touch surfaces like light switches and door handles.
• Report any observed maintenance issues immediately.

Employment Terms & Requirements

SALARY: AED 2,000 per month

WORKING DAYS: 28 working days per month, followed by 2 consecutive days off.

VISA STATUS: Own Visa Only (Candidate must possess and process their own residency visa).

TRANSPORTATION: Company-provided transportation for commuting to and from work sites.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in professional cleaning or housekeeping is a plus.
• Must be reliable, honest, and able to manage time effectively.
• Must be physically fit to handle the demands of the job (lifting, bending, standing).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 66 per week
