Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning tasks at client sites, including offices, residential properties, retail spaces, and other premises as assigned.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas, ensuring they meet high hygiene standards.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all designated areas.
• Remove trash and recyclables, replacing liners as needed.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to a streak-free finish.
• Handle and operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, and pressure washers safely.
• Restock cleaning supplies and maintain inventory at client locations.
• Follow client-specific cleaning protocols and schedules.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in cleaning services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet cleaning standards.
• Physical fitness to perform manual cleaning tasks and lift up to [weight limit, e.g., 25 lbs].
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, if required.
