Position: Cleaning Inspector

Job Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Cleaning Inspector to ensure that all cleaning operations meet established standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety. The Cleaning Inspector will conduct regular inspections, document findings, and provide feedback to cleaning staff and supervisors

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and surprise inspections of cleaned areas (e.g., offices, restrooms, public spaces).
• Evaluate cleanliness based on company standards and client expectations.
• Document inspection results and report deficiencies to supervisors.
• Recommend corrective actions and follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
• Train cleaning staff on proper procedures and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain inspection records and prepare reports for management.
• Collaborate with supervisors to improve cleaning processes and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning services or quality control preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety protocols.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Working Conditions:

• May involve walking, standing, and inspecting various environments.
• Flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends depending on site needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: QAR2,400.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
