Cleaning Supervisor – Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of cleaning staff across assigned buildings or designated areas.
• Plan, allocate, and monitor daily cleaning tasks and work schedules.
• Inspect cleaned areas to ensure all work meets established quality and hygiene standards.
• Ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance of cleaning equipment, tools, and materials.
• Train new cleaning staff on cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, cleaning schedules, and inventory of supplies.
• Coordinate with maintenance, security, and management teams to address cleaning needs and operational requirements.
• Report damages, defects, safety hazards, or unusual conditions identified during cleaning activities.
• Ensure full compliance with health, hygiene, environmental, and workplace safety regulations.
• Address staff performance issues, handle complaints, and manage task reassignments when required.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on cleaning operations, team performance, and supply usage.
• Ensure timely completion of all cleaning tasks prior to client inspections, events, or tenant move-ins.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Property Management: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Required)
