Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor/Team Leader (All Buildings)

Reports To: Dubai Euro Real Estate

Location: Multiple Sites / Dubai

Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent

Position Overview

The Cleaning Supervisor oversees the cleaning operations across all company buildings to ensure a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation. This role includes supervising cleaning staff, organizing work schedules, conducting inspections, managing supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervision & Team Management

  • Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff across all buildings and sites.
  • Assign daily and weekly cleaning tasks and ensure completion to required standards.
  • Provide training, support, and guidance to cleaning staff to maintain performance and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.

Quality Control

  • Carry out regular site inspections and audits to ensure cleaning standards are met.
  • Address and resolve cleaning issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate inspection reports and follow up on corrective actions.

Scheduling & Planning

  • Develop and manage cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are covered efficiently.
  • Plan and oversee periodic deep cleans and special cleaning projects.
  • Manage staffing levels and arrange cover for absences or holidays.

Inventory & Supplies

  • Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels of cleaning materials and equipment.
  • Order and distribute supplies across buildings as needed.
  • Ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance of cleaning equipment.

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Train staff in proper use of cleaning chemicals, PPE, and equipment.
  • Report and address any maintenance or safety issues identified during inspections.

Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain staff attendance records, cleaning schedules, and inspection logs.
  • Prepare reports on cleaning performance, staffing, and supply usage.
  • Liaise with management and contractors to coordinate cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

Essential:

  • Proven experience in a cleaning supervisory or team leader role (multi-site preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning products, methods, and equipment.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities effectively.
  • Understanding of health & safety and COSHH regulations.

Desirable:

  • Certificate in Cleaning Supervision or Facilities Management.
  • Experience using cleaning management software or digital reporting tools.
  • Driver’s license is Mandatory(if travel between sites required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

  • UAE Driving License (Preferred)
