The Cleaning Technician is responsible for the cleaning services provided to their assigned account(s), according to the account specifications. This position will take direction from and have their work inspected by the Account Lead and/or the Operations Manager.
Essential Functions:
Ability to perform general cleaning duties as outlined in the account specifications and in accordance with Office Pride cleaning procedures. These tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas,
- Dust work surfaces, other furniture, and other horizontal and vertical surfaces,
- Clean restrooms, including: toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors and walls,
- Clean entrance glass and other interior glass,
- Sweep or vacuum and damp mop hard surface floors and vacuum carpeted floors,
- Operate and maintain equipment, such as vacuum cleaners,
- Remove trash from containers and replace torn or soiled liners.
- Respond positively and promptly to customer requests.
- Conduct all work in accordance with Company procedures, including safety, time and attendance, and uniform policies.
- Report to work on time, everyday, as scheduled.

- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

- Hourly rate determined depending on experience
