Client Acquisition Specialist (CAS)

Job description

We’re looking for driven, energetic and results-focused Client Acquisition Specialist (B2C) from Islamabad/Rawalpindi to join our team on immediate basis (must have served the notice period)

In this role, you'll connect with new investors, introduce them to our trading platforms and services and help them get started on their investing journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients interested in stock market trading and investment.
• Generate leads through outbound cold calling and strategic outreach.
• Educate prospects on our platform features, tools, and account benefits.
• Guide clients through the full onboarding process - KYC, account setup and funding.
• Consistently achieve weekly and monthly targets for sign-ups and activations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in International Client Acquisition / BPO / Telemarketing / Call Centers (B2C)
• Strong background in lead generation and sales conversion.
• Fluent English communication skills with a persuasive, customer-focused approach.
• Thrives in a target-based environment.

Timing: 11 AM – 8 PM (Mon-Fri)
