• Conduct confirmation/verification calls with clients
• Update records accurately and follow company protocols
• Handle follow-up calls and close interested leads
• Maintain performance targets and daily productivity
• Address customer questions clearly and politely

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, disciplined, and target-driven
• Ability to handle calls in a professional manner
• Experience in verification or closing will be a plus
