About the Role:
We’re looking for a smart, confident, and well-spoken professional to be the first point of contact for our leads and clients. This role requires someone with strong communication skills, a professional presence, and the ability to own the first impression — whether over call, email, or meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate and handle cold and warm outreach to leads via phone, WhatsApp, email
- Follow up on leads from our marketing funnels and CRM
- Respond to client queries professionally and warmly
- Act as the face and voice of the company in early-stage client interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, operations) to relay client needs
- Maintain high-quality communication standards across touchpoints
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong spoken and written English (bonus: a soft, confident voice and presence)
- Elegant, polite, and confident in tone — a natural communicator
- Sales-savvy without sounding “salesy”
- Detail-oriented, punctual, and emotionally intelligent
- Comfortable with client-facing conversations, even cold outreach
- Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms is a plus
- Russian, Eastern European, or bilingual candidates welcome (not mandatory)
