About the Role:
We’re looking for a smart, confident, and well-spoken professional to be the first point of contact for our leads and clients. This role requires someone with strong communication skills, a professional presence, and the ability to own the first impression — whether over call, email, or meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and handle cold and warm outreach to leads via phone, WhatsApp, email
  • Follow up on leads from our marketing funnels and CRM
  • Respond to client queries professionally and warmly
  • Act as the face and voice of the company in early-stage client interactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, operations) to relay client needs
  • Maintain high-quality communication standards across touchpoints

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong spoken and written English (bonus: a soft, confident voice and presence)
  • Elegant, polite, and confident in tone — a natural communicator
  • Sales-savvy without sounding “salesy”
  • Detail-oriented, punctual, and emotionally intelligent
  • Comfortable with client-facing conversations, even cold outreach
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms is a plus
  • Russian, Eastern European, or bilingual candidates welcome (not mandatory)

Bonus Qualities:

  • Interest in design, tech, luxury, or growth consulting
  • Experience in international client handling
  • A natural storyteller and relationship builder
