About Us:
Pivotal Pilates is a boutique, women-owned studio built on the belief that movement should feel personal, encouraging, and empowering. With locations in Matawan and Colts Neck, our studios offer private sessions, small group reformer classes, Pilates mat, barre, and TRX—always with an emphasis on individualized attention and a supportive community.
At Pivotal Pilates, we're all about elevating the client experience—thoughtful movement, real connection, and a boutique environment where every individual feels seen. With small group classes, dedicated instructors, we’ve built a community that’s supportive, uplifting, and always focused on progress over perfection.
We’re looking for a Client Experience & Sales Coordinator who embodies that same energy—someone who leads with warmth, thrives in fast-paced studio life, and knows how to turn a great conversation into a confident sale.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Interaction: Be the friendly face that welcomes every client—offering support, great energy, and a truly personalized experience.
- Sales & Membership Guidance: Help clients navigate memberships, class packs, promotions, and events—both in person and over the phone. You’ll be guiding, recommending, and confidently closing sales through genuine connection, consistent follow-ups, and clear goal-setting.
- Client Onboarding & Retention: Walk new clients through their first steps with us, answer questions, and keep communication flowing. You’ll also follow up with leads and prospective members to support their journey into the studio.
- Booking & Scheduling: Assist clients with scheduling sessions, handle changes with ease, and ensure calendars stay accurate and organized.
- Studio Tours: Show prospective clients what makes Pivotal Pilates different: intimate classes, top-tier instruction, and a community that feels like home.
- Social Media & Marketing Support: Capture and create content that reflects the Pivotal Pilates vibe. Help promote workshops, events, and launches. Support marketing and sales initiatives that keep our community growing and engaged.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments, keep client records up to date, and support intake and daily front desk operations.
- Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment—front desk, studio floor, and everything in between.
