Client Experience Manager

Job Summary

We are hiring a Client Relationship Manager for our client to manage premium accounts and high-value business clients. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and prior experience working with high-net-worth individuals or decision-makers in hospitality, coworking spaces (e.g., WeWork), or banking.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and key stakeholders
• Ensure a high-quality, seamless client experience
• Address and resolve client concerns quickly and professionally
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations
• Maintain accurate client records, reports, and communication logs

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in client management, customer success, or relationship management
• Experience in hospitality, banking, coworking, or premium service environments preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and client-handling abilities
• Candidates living within 5 km of Kondapur preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 2nd and 4th Saturdays off
• Travel is required

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
