Job Summary
We are hiring a Client Relationship Manager for our client to manage premium accounts and high-value business clients. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and prior experience working with high-net-worth individuals or decision-makers in hospitality, coworking spaces (e.g., WeWork), or banking.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and key stakeholders
- Ensure a high-quality, seamless client experience
- Address and resolve client concerns quickly and professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations
- Maintain accurate client records, reports, and communication logs
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in client management, customer success, or relationship management
- Experience in hospitality, banking, coworking, or premium service environments preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and client-handling abilities
- Candidates living within 5 km of Kondapur preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 2nd and 4th Saturdays off
- Travel is required
