Role Overview
This fully remote position partners with a leading food manufacturer to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations using Circana’s data and tools. You’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to uncover growth opportunities, advocate for client needs, and translate data into solutions that drive measurable impact.
Job Responsibilities
  • Analyze and Interpret Data: Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that address client business needs.
    • Leverage retailer-level purchase dynamics, household behavior, and other data sources.
    • Identify gaps and opportunities using technology and speed-to-insight solutions.
    • Recommend analytic approaches that best utilize Circana’s Unify platform and tools.
  • Consultative Engagement: Build trust and uncover opportunities through thoughtful, client-focused interactions.
    • Ask strategic questions to challenge assumptions and clarify needs.
    • Translate insights into frameworks and solutions that drive client growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor and maintain strong partnerships.
    • Develop a deep understanding of client priorities and pain points.
    • Communicate proactively and adapt messaging for different audiences.
    • Track multiple projects and priorities with strong organizational skills.
  • Impactful Presence: Represent Circana with professionalism and confidence.
    • Deliver presentations that are clear, polished, and tailored to the audience.
    • Build credibility as a domain expert and collaborative partner.
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience with syndicated data, analytics, category management, or related fields.
  • Background in marketing or sales within consumer-packaged goods (CPG) or similar industries using point-of-sale (POS) or syndicated data.
  • Proven ability to translate data into meaningful business implications.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to engage clients in a consultative manner.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Circana’s Unify platform or similar analytic tools.
  • Advanced degree in business, analytics, or related field.
  • Experience managing multiple client workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000.
