Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Law - Client Intake Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the intake process, managing a team of intake specialists, and ensuring high-quality service for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of intake specialists, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee the intake process to ensure all potential clients are handled efficiently and professionally.
• Train and mentor new staff members, ensuring they understand the intake procedures and protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of intake staff, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and internal policies.
• Handle escalated client issues and provide resolutions.
• Collaborate with attorneys and other departments to streamline the intake process.
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports on intake activities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a call center or legal environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Litify experience a plus.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in personal injury law or a related legal field.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Work Schedule:

• Typical work hours are 9am – 5pm, with occasional overtime as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
