Key responsibilities
Client Money Operations

Monitor and ensure all CMA-related transactions are within SLA

Ensure timely and accurate reconciliations in coordination with the Reconciliation Manager

Participate in testing and validating system changes or upgrades impacting CMAs.

Work to continuously automate and improve all processes and customer journeys to ensure scalability across the CMA offering
Client Relationship Management

Support client relationship managers and external firms for operational onboarding and ongoing service.
Governance & Compliance
-
Liaise with Compliance department when necessary to ensure compliance with all regulations
-
Support audits by providing transaction records, system reports, etc.

Contribute to development of policies and procedures for client money handling.
