Key responsibilities


Client Money Operations

  • Monitor and ensure all CMA-related transactions are within SLA
  • Ensure timely and accurate reconciliations in coordination with the Reconciliation Manager
  • Participate in testing and validating system changes or upgrades impacting CMAs.
  • Work to continuously automate and improve all processes and customer journeys to ensure scalability across the CMA offering


Client Relationship Management

  • Support client relationship managers and external firms for operational onboarding and ongoing service.


Governance & Compliance

  • Liaise with Compliance department when necessary to ensure compliance with all regulations
  • Support audits by providing transaction records, system reports, etc.
  • Contribute to development of policies and procedures for client money handling.
