Position: Client Relations Manager (Lead Handling & Follow-Up)
Location: N7 Group, Bahria Paradise Commercial, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi
Language Requirement: English fluency is essential; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and confident Client Relations Manager to handle incoming leads, qualify potential clients, and ensure consistent follow-up through calls, WhatsApp, and email. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a proactive attitude toward achieving results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM systems.
  • Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and buying timeline.
  • Schedule meetings or property viewings with sales executives.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to convert inquiries into active clients.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships to enhance retention.
  • Record all interactions and lead progress in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Confident on calls with high-net-worth clients and investors.
  • Proven experience in customer service, lead handling, or real estate telesales.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • CRM and MS Office familiarity preferred.
