This dynamic, essential role combines exceptional client service and sales with detailed legal support, ensuring our clients receive compassionate guidance from intake through case completion.
Serve as one of the first friendly faces (and voices), greeting and guiding clients with warmth and professionalism-on the phone, virtually, and in person.
Convert leads into new consultations and cases through timely follow-up, exceptional service, and persuasive communication.
Take payments, open new cases, and ensure accurate financial tracking and record-keeping.
Schedule appointments and manage multiple attorney calendars with precision.
Flag urgent issues, help resolve client concerns creatively, and support clients with clear, informed, and compassionate communication.
Assist in preparing complex legal documents including briefs, motions, and filings for EOIR, USCIS, and federal court, under attorney supervision.
Use case management systems to manage and update client data and maintain critical case deadlines.
Coordinate directly with clients to gather necessary documents and provide case status updates.
Research procedures related to challenging immigration issues.
Communicate with government agencies including USCIS, EOIR, ICE, and federal courts.
We need a candidate who brings passion, precision, and people-skills to the table:
Bilingual in English and Spanish: This is absolutely required.
Friendly, persuasive, and confident in communicating with potential and existing clients.
Detail-oriented, organized, and resilient under pressure, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with grace.
Tech-savvy (comfortable with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel-intermediate level-and learning new office tools).
Passionately about immigration and making a tangible difference.
Available full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
Bonus Points: 6+ months of experience in sales, client intake, or payment handling, a Bachelor's Degree, or experience in immigration law (especially removal defense).
