The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with Ultra-High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI), ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.


This role requires a deep understanding of wealth management, personalized financial solutions, and a client-centric approach to meet the sophisticated needs of high-net-worth clients.


The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact, fostering trust and delivering tailored solutions to enhance client retention and portfolio growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term relationships with UHNWI clients, serving as their trusted advisor for financial and investment needs.
  • Personalized Service Delivery : Understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and lifestyle preferences to deliver bespoke solutions, including wealth management, estate planning, and investment strategies.
  • Portfolio Oversight : Collaborate with investment advisors, portfolio managers, and other specialists to ensure clients’ portfolios align with their objectives and market conditions.
  • Client Engagement : Proactively engage with clients through regular meetings, updates, and events to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Business Development : Identify opportunities to expand client relationships, including cross-selling additional services and referring new UHNWI clients.
  • Market Insights : Stay informed about global financial markets, investment trends, and regulatory changes to provide clients with informed advice and strategies.
  • Risk Management : Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies, safeguarding client interests and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including legal, tax, and compliance departments, to deliver holistic solutions to clients.
  • Reporting & Analysis : Prepare detailed reports and performance analyses for clients, presenting complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.


Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees (MBA, CFA, CFP) are highly desirable.
  • Experience : Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or client relationship management, with a proven track record of handling UHNWI clients.
