LexiConn is looking for a sharp, organized, and dependable Client Servicing Associate to support the Client Servicing Lead with execution, documentation, coordination, and follow-ups. This is a role for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly, has a strong sense of ownership, and is proactive about getting things done.




Requirements

Responsibilities -

  • Client coordination and support

  • Schedule and confirm client meetings, calls, and internal syncs

  • Maintain and update client trackers and project dashboards

  • Share project updates, reminders, trackers and documentation with clients as directed

  • Assist with onboarding documentation for new clients

  • Maintain folders with updated client documents, contracts, proposals, and invoices

  • Coordinate internally with writers, editors, designers, or tech team for timelines and deliverables

  • Lead conversion, reach out to prospective clients, make proposals, share samples, creds.

Qualifications -
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in a support, operations, or executive assistant role (agency or content background is a bonus)

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills

  • Comfortable with Excel/Sheets, Google Drive, email etiquette

  • Good written communication skills

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive

  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines
