Client coordination and support
Schedule and confirm client meetings, calls, and internal syncs
Maintain and update client trackers and project dashboards
Share project updates, reminders, trackers and documentation with clients as directed
Assist with onboarding documentation for new clients
Maintain folders with updated client documents, contracts, proposals, and invoices
Coordinate internally with writers, editors, designers, or tech team for timelines and deliverables
Lead conversion, reach out to prospective clients, make proposals, share samples, creds.
1 - 2 years of experience in a support, operations, or executive assistant role (agency or content background is a bonus)
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Comfortable with Excel/Sheets, Google Drive, email etiquette
Good written communication skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
Ability to multitask and manage timelines
