This role will help drive our internal and client-facing marketing efforts with a focus on execution and impact. The Marketing Lead will collaborate closely with the design, content, sales, and digital teams to bring campaigns to life and ensure consistent, high-quality marketing across all channels.
You’ll play a key role in executing our marketing strategy, managing day-to-day initiatives, and helping position our agency as an industry leader. From coordinating campaigns to producing content and supporting client projects, this role blends creativity, strategy, and project management.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and ready to turn ideas into results — someone who can balance both internal marketing priorities and client-facing opportunities to help the agency grow.The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-driven, able to adapt quickly to changing algorithms and trends while finding creative ways to connect brands with their audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
● Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
● Implement opportunity/growth strategies to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities with existing clients.
● Cultivate relationships and provide optimal service and value to clients.
● Facilitate and execute client requests and strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of services.
● Monitor performance metrics to measure organic performance and the success of client campaigns and initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
● Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align account management strategies with overall business objectives.
● Exceed performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the account management department.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, communications, or a related field is highly preferred, but alternative experience will be considered.
● Previous years of experience in account management or client service, preferably in the legal or professional services industry. SEO/Digital Marketing experience.
● Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
● High-level organization skills and initiative to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
● Strong problem-solving abilities and aptitude to think strategically to identify opportunities for profitability enhancement.
● Knowledge of marketing, advertising, media, internet services, and/or digital communications.
● Entrepreneurial spirit with a self-directed approach to work and a drive for excellence.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment and adapt to changing client needs.
● Sales experience is a plus, but this position is primarily focused on account management and client relationship building.

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
