Client services Executive

Job Summary:

The Client Services Executive is responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing and advertising campaigns. The role involves coordinating between clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality work, meet deadlines, and maintain client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand clients’ business objectives and develop strategies to meet them.
• Coordinate with creative, production, and digital teams for timely project execution.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Manage day-to-day client communication and ensure smooth workflow.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and approvals.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow client accounts.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and assist in onboarding new ones.
• Ensure quality control on all deliverables before submission to clients.
• Collect feedback and ensure client satisfaction post-campaign.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a related role (preferably in an advertising or marketing agency).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project management tools.
• A proactive, team-oriented, and problem-solving attitude.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Experience with digital marketing campaigns and social media management.
• Understanding of creative design and production processes.
• Analytical mindset for interpreting marketing reports and insights.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
