Client Services Manager

We are a Dubai-based creative agency with a growing team in Kozhikode, Kerala. Our work spans across branding, social media, digital marketing, and content production. We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Client Service Executive to be the bridge between our clients and our creative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and project delivery.
• Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the creative and strategy teams.
• Coordinate between departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Prepare project timelines, follow-ups, and updates for clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling.
• Assist with presentations, reports, and campaign summaries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or similar roles (agency experience preferred).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
• A positive attitude, creativity, and team spirit.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
