Job Summary
As Client Services Manager, you will be the go-to person for your assigned clients, managing relationships, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring campaigns are executed with excellence. You’ll oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables—keeping everything running smoothly while ensuring clients’ expectations are exceeded.
Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management
- Be the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and delivery.
- Understand clients' businesses and proactively propose solutions to meet their marketing needs.
Campaign & Project Management
- Oversee day-to-day delivery of multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, OOH, etc.).
- Collaborate with creative, digital, and media teams to ensure timely, high-quality output.
- Track project progress, adjust timelines, and solve issues as they arise.
Strategy & Planning
- Support the development of campaign strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas during planning and pitch phases.
- Review campaign performance metrics and compile reports for clients.
Financial Management
- Prepare estimates, manage budgets, and track client billing and invoicing.
- Ensure financial accuracy and profitability of each account.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience working at an advertising or creative agency is essential.
- Proven track record of managing real estate or hospitality sector clients is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in handling end-to-end client campaigns with multiple deliverables and stakeholders.
