Client Service Representative – Prestigious Law Firm (Immigration Law Focus)
New York, NY | On-Site
We’re looking for a professional, energetic and detail-oriented person to be the welcoming voice of our fast-paced immigration law firm. The ideal candidate excels in client service, thrives in a high-volume environment, and has the ability to confidently communicate the value of our legal services. Strong follow-up skills and Salesforce experience are highly preferred.
- Greet clients with a warm, professional demeanor
- Answer and direct high call volume efficiently
- Help clients understand the need for our immigration services and guide them through next steps
- Manage and schedule appointments
- Use Salesforce to track client interactions and maintain accurate records
- Provide consistent follow-up to ensure exceptional client experience
- Reception or call center experience, ideally in a legal or high-volume setting
- Excellent client-relations and communication skills
- Ability to influence and educate clients on our services
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and discretion with sensitive information
- Salesforce experience is a strong plus
