About the Team & Business Line
As a core business, Fund Administration is at the heart of Citco's operations, providing alternative asset and accounting services to clients. We're now seeking a dynamic and experienced member to join our Corporate Secretarial - Client Services function, a critical component of our growing Fund Administration business.
This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a team across multiple regional countries, working closely with senior management and clients to drive growth and add value to our CoSec Client Services chain. YourRole
Leadership & Management
- Support management to develop and implement client service strategies into opportunities for current/prospective clients.
- Collaborate with other departments and act as the link from CoSec Services into the wider CRM model
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on exceptional client service.
- If applicable, manage staff members across multiple locations, ensuring business line stakeholders are adequately serviced for their respective clients - acting as escalation point where appropriate
Client Relationship
- Establish professionalrelationships with clients and other key internal/external parties as required.
- Drive the coordination of new client integrations and existing client launches
- Understand and communicate clients' requests with various Citco business functions, operational and support teams to promote effective internal communication
- Drive transparent communication with clients, negotiate service level agreements (SLA) and take ownership of the overall client relationship and service delivery for your portfolio
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for local corporate and legal issues and you will monitor legal and regulatory changes
- Act as a director or manager or other officer of client entities and attend board meetings, where relevant
- Identify opportunities to expand existing relationship by cross selling additional Citco products/services
- Support the Relationship Managers with regards to performance and financial targets
- Maintaining and advising our clients on proper maintenance of company's statutory books and records in compliance with laws and regulatory requirements in Australia
Service Delivery
- Performing a wide range of company secretarial works for our clients' Australian companies i.e. Singapore, Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands, including company incorporation and annual filings;
- Convening and facilitating shareholders and board meetings, and guide the team to prepare all documents relating thereto and review;
- Handling ad hoc company secretarial related assignment;
- Providing guidance to the team members, when required.
- Monitor and manage client SLAs and operational deliverables
- Work closely with the Operations team to identify opportunities for process improvements and system development with the aim of minimizing operational risk and improving efficiencies
- Plan resources in line with business demands, seeking opportunities to implement efficiencies and grow the book of business.
- Review risk logs and support, co ordinate and communicate incident resolution as necessary
- Participate and organize operational due diligence reviews and client visits
- Compile periodic board reports, Key Performance Indicators and scorecards for clients
About You
- You have a university degree in a relevant discipline.
- You bring 5+ years of related work experience in the financial services industry, preferably with fund administrators and/or investment companies.
- You have experience in an international environment and project management, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- You have general knowledge of the applicable statutory and regulatory requirements in the Alternatives Asset Management space and have worked with SPVs and/or Funds + SPV reporting requirements.
- You are fluent in English.
- You have demonstrated leadership experience coupled with superior communication skills.
- You are highly analytical with strong attributes in business processes, accounting, and allocation systems.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint) and Outlook.
