The Builders Box, a design-forward company based in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Client Servicing & Business Development Executive.

Job Purpose: Working closely with the General Manager, the Client Servicing & Business Development Executive will manage the relationship between existing clients & TBB and will be responsible for further developing the existing business as well as researching & securing new business opportunities thus leveraging the Company’s reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new & maintain existing business across UAE and KSA by taking ownership of client accounts ensuring profitability of the acquired business.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Present and pitch products/services to clients effectively.
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
  • Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
  • Prepare business proposals, reports, and presentations.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Adhere to set KPIs to ensure company objectives have been achieved.
  • Participate in meetings during sales trips and exhibitions, when needed.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager or Department Head

Qualifications

  • University degree.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar industry, out of which 1 year experience in a Sales or Business Development position preferably in a multinational firm.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
