Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships, understand their requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of advertising and digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong project management abilities, and a good understanding of advertising, branding, and digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal team.
• Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to the creative, digital, and marketing teams.
• Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of campaigns, creatives, and marketing materials.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver campaign reports, performance updates, and presentations.
• Work with the team on campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
• Handle multiple client accounts and manage day-to-day communications professionally.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or introduce new services to existing clients.
• Resolve client queries, complaints, and issues efficiently.
• Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and deliverables are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in client servicing within an advertising or digital marketing agency (preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of advertising, branding, social media, SEO, digital campaigns, etc.
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work under pressure.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving attitude and client-first approach.
