About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Client Servicing Manager to lead client relationships and ensure the seamless execution of integrated campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and relationship management skills, the ability to handle multiple brands simultaneously, and a proven track record in managing production-driven projects such as video shoots, photoshoots, and branded content.

Key Responsibilities:

● Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication, trust-building, and satisfaction.

● Multi-Brand Portfolio Handling: Manage multiple client accounts across diverse industries, ensuring each brand’s objectives are met through strategic planning and flawless execution.

● Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of campaigns and production-based projects (videos, photoshoots, content shoots, etc.) within deadlines and budgets.

● Strategic Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, strategy, digital, and production) to ensure alignment with client goals.

● Presentation & Reporting: Prepare and deliver impactful client presentations, reports, and performance reviews.

● Decision-Making: Demonstrate agility in problem-solving and quick decision-making in fast-paced environments.

● Feedback Management: Gather client feedback, interpret insights, and translate them into actionable improvements for ongoing and future projects.

Required Skills & Competencies:

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Strong client relationship management and interpersonal abilities.

● Proven experience handling multi-brand portfolios.

● Strong understanding of production processes (video, photo, and content).

● Ability to manage tight timelines and multiple stakeholders.

● Strategic thinker with a creative problem-solving approach.

● Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.).

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.

● Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role within advertising, media, or production agencies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
