We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Success Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and delivering exceptional service in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their queries promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and requests.
- Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions to enhance their overall experience.
- Prepare and share regular reports, updates, and feedback with clients and management.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling relevant services.
- Resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and supportive relationship.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for customer success.
- Previous experience in client servicing or customer support is preferred.

Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM
- Saturday: 9:00 PM to 3:00 AM

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
